  • Suji 4 cups


  • Dahi 2 cups


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Crushed cashews 2tsp


  • Roasted chana dal 2tsp


  • Curry leaves 5 chop


  • Mustard seeds 1/2tsp


  • Green chilli paste 1tsp


  • Coconut grated 1 cup


  • Salt 1/2tsp


  • Green chilli 2


  • Curry leaves 10


  • Lemon juice 1tsp


  • Roasted chana 1/2cup


  • Oil 1tsp


  • Hing 2 pinch


  • Arhar dal 2cups


  • Curry leaves 1handfull


  • Sambhar masala 2tsp


  • Lemon juice 2tsp


  • Turmeric 1tsp


  • Onion 1


  • Tomato 1


  • Mixed veggies 1bowl

Directions

  • Take a arhar dal wash and soaked fir half an hour.
  • After half an hour dal,salt,turmeric mix and add water then cook.
  • Take a wok add oil mustardseeds,hing,curry leaves saute then add chop onion and tomato then add sambhar powder and all spices mixthen add veggies mix snd cook after cook mix dal add lemon juice samhar is ready.
  • Take a mixing bowl add suji,salt,curry leaves,chilli paste,mustardseeds mix then add curd mux add water make a idli batter rest fir 6 hours.
  • Take a mixer jar put coconut,green chilli, and chana grind well.Take a tarka pan add oil put mustard seeds,hing and curry leaves then tarka mix in chutney.
  • Take a idli stand gresed with oil put idli batter and steamed idlis.
  • Then serve Suji idli,coconut chatney with spicy tangy sambhar.
